Wander in general is pretty meh. KB is probably better than PS. PS is a very outdated skill and power charge generator.

PS is not being used as a main attack for a wander ever since KB was introduced into the game. PS is kinda useless skill at the moment, as there are many other ways to create power charges nowdays. I played a KB wander last league and it was pretty solid for map clearing and fun to play.
