Blade Vortex Mana Leech

Blade Vortex appears to be bugged and is receiving the mana leech from attacks off my amulet; tested it several times making sure I didn't have my only mana-flask running (Distillate), and when I bottom out my mana and charge into a pack it skyrockets up. No jewels on tree, no mana leech on gear other than the amulet.

Your boots have leech on them. That's what your BV is getting leech from.
