Jewels with "increased spell damage while holding a shield"

Hello.

Sorry but I don't understand what happens with these jewels.

I do not know if this is a bug but I have a problem with jewels containing the "increased spell damage while holding a shield" affix.

I played with a staff and I had the jewels which contained the affix "increased spell damage while wielding a staff", the tooltip of my spell varied according to the number of jewels that I had.

I switch on a one-handed weapon and a shield, I changed the "staff" jewels that I had for the "spell damage while holding a shield" affix and I noticed that my tooltip Spell did not change.

Is this just a bug on the tooltip or is the damage not added to my spell?

Not enough information. Got screenshots of your character sheet? What spell? What values on the jewels?

After several thorough tests with normal objects and jewels very similar there is no problem, It comes only from me and my shit calculations!
