Need help, where do I go from here?

Just looking at my Juggernaut, CaptainSmash, I'm wondering how to make him any better. Do I just keep on the path I am and just get better rares with more +hp? Not sure what else I need to do.

This is my first character to get to any respectable level, and I feel myself falling behind at t10 maps and such, both offensively and defensively.

Can't take a look when you have your profile set to private. You can look at any of my juggernauts if you want just ignore the stun part as that is not a high priority and if you are axe ignore all the other mace nodes and that is generally tanky. Do not see it doing shaper but you can do most maps safely.

e; when I mean private your character's are hidden you can change this in user settings/privacy or somewhere there or post your tree and use poe url shortener to condense the link.
