Umm... Is RNG broken right now?

I just blew 60 Alteration Orbs on this Quicksilver Flask and literally - as in, literally - got no Prefix outside of Ample and Perpetual, and no Suffix outside of Heat, Resistance, or Steadiness.
I'm literally just hoping to get something outside of these just to know that the RNG isn't currently broken for some reason. What the fuck? Another 10 Alts, still the same. Do I need to record this? Just recorded popping another 30 Alts, same thing. I have 20 Alts left, fuck this, I'm clearly missing something LMAO... " Probably because it's one of the rewards from the mercy mission quest on normal, you took it, later put it in your stash and forgot about it. Then you started crafting it without thinking. Either that or it was a very lucky early drop that happened to have 20% quality to begin with. |

shit happens..
couple dozens of alts, no disaster.. its much worse when people try to craft +1 gems, using exalts for master craft mods and in the end find out their bow is < ilvl 50 so the mod cannot be exalted IGN: Eric_Lindros
