That's not a bug. Divination Cards are heavily weighted, just like normal Unique drops are. Pace is a rather common drop, whereas Wrappings are very rare, and Revelation is retired making it even more rare. Just how these things go.
The cards are priced by players. Even if they were 1ex a piece, they still wouldn't be bugged, just overpriced. |

If the ring and armour each had a 25% chance from the cards, do you not see that the price of of the cards would rise to reflect that? A set would be multiple exalts nstead of 24 chaos.

You think that the chance to get certain items from that set (which is not particularly uncommon) should be equally weighted? You realize that would cause the value of the chest and ring to crash, right, making them relatively worthless...
