The Servant's Heart prophecy issues

The Servant's Heart prophecy isn't working with alternate art Storm Cloud. Tried it many times, even swapping main to offhand etc.. It simply won't upgrade Storm Cloud to The Tempest.

Storm Cloud, being a Bow, is a two-handed weapon, so what do you mean by “swapping main to offhand”?

This is working correctly. There is no "alt art" version of The Tempest, thus an Alt Art Stormcloud cannot be upgraded to The Tempest. Sorry to say, that's the way it works. Buy a Tempest, and use a skin xfer to put the alt art on it.
