Damage modifier categories/stacking

I know the difference between "more" and "increased" and I also understand how damage conversion works. However, I'm not totally clear on whether there are separate categories for damage (which are multiplicative with one another) or if all damage modifiers that apply stack in one group.

For 100% phys to fire damage dealt with a 2H axe: will +10% phys damage, +10% fire damage, +10% elemental damage, +10% weapon elemental damage, +10% damage with 2H weapons, and +10% damage with axes all have equal effect regardless of how much of each particular modifier I have already invested in?

I want to know if I can essentially just pick the highest numbers as I move along the skill grid.

All Increased/Reduced modifiers to the same value are additive. They're all modifiers to Damage dealt, and thus they're all just a single multiplier.

Untyped, Fire and Elemental damage (note: not Weapon Elemental damage) will also scale incidental Ignite damage you deal. Aside from that, it's all the same.

Yes, all those modifiers would have exactly the same effect on your attack hits

However if you're interested in Ignite cheese, two of those mods can "double dip" while the rest cannot: +x% fire damage or elemental damage will scale up both the hit and the ignite, effectively applying twice to the ignite

EDIT: it's been a while since I've last been ninja'd >:(

Thanks both for the quick responses. Much less math when it's all additive.
