Phylacteral Link still in Game

I just did a Map where me and my friend encountered the Boss who had "Phylacteral Link".

Based on POE Wiki this Mod has been removed from the Game

The bosses have Phylacteral Link

This isn't a bug. It is now a mechanic unique to the bosses of Excavation. It is intended.

In the patch notes for 2.0.0:
