[2.5] Champion Crit Frost blade Dual Wield Swords. Need Help!!

So i have been playing Frost blade Champion at first it has been doing great but now that i am in Merciless i have been struggling with My life Leech i am hoping someone here could help me with this issue. Yes i am using Tabula just in case someone asks, I also hope there will be a solution to this other than Slayer. Even though slayer would be great i would much rather be a Champion for the increase Damage modifiers for 1-hand weapons and bonus to fortify.
