Labyrinth Traps and Eldritch Battery

I don't know if it's intended, but when Eldritch Battery is equipped, traps in the Labyrinth deal damage to your health counting your energy shield as part of it, which seems very off since they can almost insta-kill you if you have any sort of decently high ES-to-mana compared to your health.

Do you have MoM also? If not, then this definitely seems screwy. It is one thing for trap damage to be calculated this way when ES is over Life, but when it is over mana, and you don't have MoM, then this seems silly.

Traps deal damage based on your Life and ES. Where that ES applies is not relevant; it's still ES.

Right, I'm using MoM, but no damage from traps is taken from the ES, which makes it quite counter-intuitive.

Can definitely confirm something is up with Labyrinth Traps and Eldritch Battery. Was taking scary amounts of damage on an EB build, and 2.3.0 patch notes say that this should be a bug. It's quite obvious especially if I'm not using a 20% reduced DoT damage taken shield.

Bump, any GGGers out there? Could we get this fixed at some point in the not-so-distant future, or at least get it on a to-do list for some future patch?
