While keeping the damage I simply removed the ES nodes, and rerouted some times to go through life nodes instead of around the life for ES. This is a lv 80 tree, 200% increased life (198%) which is perfect for HC. I removed the double curse aswell but added a few more fire damage nodes. This tree also gets around 200 STR to help scale the boots a little more, debating on getting the ignite nodes at the top of the witch tree. Any help / modifications would be great. Looking for a way to remove the life/es nodes and just get pure life nodes for more life. Just FYI, you removed 30% more multiplier from pain attunement as well as the 2 curses. You're not gonna do much damage. @Ulmus: This is not a build for beginners. @Everyone else: I just fixed the skill tree to include more flask effect and duration which makes a significant difference in our clear speed (which was already fast). I think we can play as Berserker to get the 40% more damage which is nice and also have a free leech, I'm also thinking about make it as a strength-based character and scale it with Iron Will and Doon Cuebiyari but everything is just a theory cause I don't have an empty character to test it out. Grab the flask cluster nodes and 1 more power charge is enable me to run Inspired Learning which is fun to play and yeah your character sometimes will get as big as possible and it run too fast that I got lost in control where am I lol. Vaal RF in hardcore is just asking for trouble, I think. With Vaal Pact, using Vaal RF is no problem. I know you're not a big fan of CI, but both of those builds work flawlessly in HC. The CI tree you can spec out of all the crit nodes and use EO instead. This build is still about just walking around and killing things. You can also use the CI tree to run an auto bomber using the boots to proc the hearlds. Those trees were made for HC players who want to play something new and fun. If you don't hit anything with vaal RF, things can go bad pretty quick. I gotta say tho, I don't EVER die in a map unless I'm doing something stupid in the boss room (or running maps with bosses I know I would struggle with). Anyway, with the additional speed I got on the build, it is pretty ridiculous now. I'll try to record something tonight maybe. Spell damage, flat damage, some crit chance and you're good to go. It's pretty cheap too. You can get the same amount of ele damage on a wand or scepter AND a T1 flat damage roll which gives you way more damage.
