Remnant of corruption is too rare.

Im halfway to lvl 93, i've found exactly 3 remnants of corruption. Yet they cost 1 chaos orb at market. What that means is that no one even bother using it. Either remove this content from the game or make it less rare.

Maybe... just maybe don't spam them on everything you know?
There are some Essences that don't spawn by default but can be gained by corrupting others. Namely upgrading the tier (by corrupting + RNG) of a Scorn, Envy, Misery or Dread essence. |

I think every one knows what the remnants are for btw , they really only have one use in the game So I dont see how stating the painfully obvious helps .. at all The op and I imagine many people are infact only using them on the correct essence mobs , but you can only use 3 corrupts on three essence blobs .. you are going to find a shitload more than just 3 viable targets especially now that ggg culled the lower tiers from spawning from maps.. this means a greater proportion of the spawned essences will be screaming while the corruptions will still be ultra rare The whole essence system took a nose dive after they nerfed spawn rates. As the op pointed out .. the only reason essences are as cheap as they are is because pretty much everyone did the math in their head and realized that there probably wont be enough essences floating around to do anything more than minor crafting .. This is an issue i have had with a bunch of the recent leagues added to the core game
The stuff simply does not spawn enough to really do anything fun with it .. Prophecy for example if you arent in to farm and sell the prophecy big ticket items .. then prophecy is effectivly a dead league for you essence is even worse.. there arent really any big ticket items to work toward to sell for consistent moneys.
