Leveling build and gear

What is a good leveling build - level 40 at the momenent, with my skill tree all over the place, and gear, where do i go to find out what would be nice gear / bow / gems for me and where do i farm for it.

There are just so much information out there, and i just dont know where to go or whom to listen to.

Is there a specific website where i can go to get all the info i want?

You should use Barrage for single target and Lightning Arrow or Tornado Shot for AoE these three are bow skills. Just google a 2.5 Lightning arrow build tons of them just follow the guides steps, unless you just want to learn on your own.
