What is the Red Glowing Light on my hands?

Hey guys,

There was a time I saw a red glowing light on my ranger's hands, but not sure what kind of changes that I have made, that red glowing light disappeared. I did not notice the disappearance of this light until later, therefore I don't know what kind of changes that I should revert in order to get the light back. But if someone knows the cause of it, probably I can figure out how to get it back.

Nope, I'm using Herald of Ice. Could it be due to that, when the fire damage has reached certain high amount?
