Silver Flask with Raider Ascendency Onslaught (ref no. 3,411,561,054)

Avatar of the Chase node gives 100% effect to onslaught effect from the silver flask.

However, the "20% increased Onslaught duration" between Rapid Assault and Avatar of the Chase does not increase onslaught duration from the silver flask. I am using a 20% quality silver flask, base duration is 6 seconds. With the increased duration node, should we expect 7.2 seconds from the silver flask?
