Vaal Cyclone Auto Kill - Extremley Fun and Extremley Cheap 2.5 Vaal Cyclone

Hi all first time poster but cant resist sharing this treat!

The premise of the character is counter attacking and one shoting virtually everything with extremely high damage counter attacks using Along side One thing I am currently missing is the new breach shield The Surrender which would be adding an immeasurable amount of tankiness.

The way the chracter functions is by using Vaal Cyclone in party play and for regular mob clearing than swapping to a traditional cyclone for any tough bosses that don't die immediately to your counter-attacks. Min maxing wardens brand rings with possible god tier rare steel rings could further optimize damage as well as swapping for an Abyssuss would equate for more damage but at a much bigger loss in durability. I am also currently using until I manage to find myself a high phys range amulet with good life and resists.

A few questions...

1. How are you charging up Vaal Cyclone for regular mob clearing? Charging it up seems to take forever. What skill are you using to do so?

2. Are you using warlords mark or anything - without armor or weapon, gem linking seems to be a real problem.

I have just about what you have on the guide at this point, and when I pop the Vaal Cyclone, it's great. Otherwise it takes forever to fill and overall the build seems clunky or slow - what am I missing?
