These staff mods works well.
I think Spell damage is most important.

very nice build, thank you again. I mapped comfortably till t14 with only 2ex budget.

only problem for me is single target can really suck. some bosses seem to have a hidden ignite protection (not talking about atziri and ignoring any map mods that do this) where you have to throw 10 balls of lightning till one ignite procs.

when you play fire burst with onehand weapon with only three sockets... which supports would you recommend? Fire Penetration & Controlled Destruction & Increased Critical Strikes?

I think FirePen-ContD-Conc is better for your Sparker.

No.
Triggered spells are not counted as "used a skill".

This is double dipping build.
2.6version will not work after 3.0 patch.

You say that Mastermind of Discord is the main trigger of the fire burst and you do not take it in the example you your tree.

How come?

EHP is almost same.

Critical Ignite > Elemental Overlord Ignite*3(Emberwake*2)
EO Ignite*3=420% Ailment Multiplier Ignite(560%Critical Multiplier)
Emberwake*2 is very efficient.
Ignite DPS
120k*3=360k with Ignite Proliferation
150k*3=450k without Ignite Proliferation

Leech > Regeneration
Fire burst hit damage is significantly reduced.
Leech don't work well.

Elementalist > Occultist
Beacon of Ruin has no advantage as compared with Proliferation gem.
Fire burst hit damage is small,so Reflection damage isn't hard.
I think Occultist is better than Elementalist.

Staff > Crude bow+Soul Strike
Occultist+Soul Strike=OP
