Feasibility of Facebreaker Templar?

I recently acquired a pair of Facebreaker Strapped Mitts. I already had a Templar at level 16 that I had put a lot of elemental damage passives into, and I figure he might be a good character to use the gloves with. My only concern is that I've never really seen anyone do a Facebreaker Templar. What do you think? Here's what I have so far:
