Spork Totem help!

Simply put, my dps blows.

So I've been told by a few buddies to either just stick it out and get a few more dps talents. A few others have said refund all your extra dps talents and go Summoner. More others have said go dual curse and run Conductivity and Elemental Weakness. Anyone with practical experience have suggestions?

I'm playing right now and basically trying to figure this out before I progress. Just hit 62 and I'm thrilled it only took me 3 days because if I have to re-roll I suppose I will.
