Voll's Vision life Regeneration not working with Zealot's Oath

I am getting the increased maximum life but the regen isn't showing. Just want to know if its a bug or intended.

Do you have Vaal Pact, or something else that disables Life Regen?

I noticed the same problem. Prior to taking zealot's oath and eldritch battery I can clearly see my life regen increasing by 100 when putting on voll's vision. However after taking them, both energy shield recharge and regeneration only go up by 10-20 which I assume is due to the increased max life. Also timing the energy shield regen with voll's and without voll's from 0 to full energy shield seems to be about the same so It may not just be a tooltip bug.
