Deal with the Bandits - Alira

I was in a Party when we went into the area where Alira is, but i had something else to do so i left the party and went to do something else (afk). I am 100% sure that no one attacked her or anything else until then and i left the map.
When i returned, i went to Oak and offered him my help. After that i returned to Alira but she was already dead and no amuelet was lying around. I restarted the game and got to her again...but still only a dead body at the place she is supposed to be. I still have the quest:

Deal with the Bandits: Eramir wants you to kill Alira and The Bandit Lord Oak Aquire Aliras Amulet.
on the map she is also shown with a name until i get there...then there is only the dead body....


not sure what else i can try to finish the quest.

You have to make a new instance. Your party killed her in the one you're in. Hold down control when you are entering the area door or waypoint and select new instance.

Found a tip that helped me. i killed another one of the bandits and she was alive again.
