2.5 Life based RF Crit Flame Surge (Inquisitor with Elemental Overload)

Hey im still testing this build and trying to improve its survivability. 65k Tooltip DPS with RF on and not mentioning the (50% more damage against burning enemies), 70%ish crit, 5k ish Life with a Tabula (plan is for Carcass).

Its a bit squishy vs bosses which is unfortunate because my main purpose was to be able to facetank and unleash that gg deeps, im almost sure i can improve the survivability but not sure how yet or what to sacrifice, could use some help with ideas in comment please and thank you.
