Is it sense existence such game players like Ziggyd ?

Another "different strokes" answer. Some prefer an academic approach... learning the game through research and watching others. Some prefer to base their learning on experience. Learning your best mode is what life is all about. The debate over which is better is never ending.
This game would be so hard, so insanely hard without community and internet. Can you even imagine it. :-)
MY CHALLENGES ARE DONE ON HC, IT'S NOT SC GUYS!
Don't misunderstand me, I like Ziggy and a lot of his content...

but LUL @ relying on Ziggy for mechanics and shit.
U MAD?
This topic is strange but understandable enough.

OP feels streamers spoil the learning curve and creative process by revealing too much.

Maybe for some....

In today's day and age, its almost impossible to shield yourself from spoilerish media.

In the long run there is so much to learn about this game that even with utube help you wont get that good for at least a month.

Ziggy and others fill a void and are a natural product of a game with no tutorials and stuff....

yes. thats how people played video games in late 80s and early 90s.

people actually took time to test shit and tackle a lot of problems with trial and error. actually engaging in problem solving.

definitely, not todays generation of gamers who run to google/youtube/game guide the first problem they see or first time they hit a wall/get stuck somewhere

simple solution, don't watch their stuff, it is up to you if you want stuff revealed or not

If you don't watch ZiggyD you can't properly compete. GGG has effectively made ZiggyD an emissary to all future content.

If you don't follow ZiggyD we wont know what is coming. This results in him gaining more viewers and in turn more money.

This is a business decision. If you are not paying for the product, you are the product.

Absolutely not true. I don't watch any materials about how to play any guides builds etc, every all thing I discovered myself. If new Challenge Leagues starts I don't watch read etc what is happening there, what could happen to me, and I play only in Hardcore, I never die by DC. Only people makes mistakes not computers. And I still have opinion this game is too easy :).

...ZiggyD and other popular streamers are producing content that is in demand--guides, how-to and overview videos...

If They do only this , it is ok, but not for builds guides and deep guides it has no sense. By the way, I do not claim only ZIGGYD its first known example and his movies are not deep guides and if they are, only studies how work skills , this is fine.

I agree with you, and there is no possibility to prevent, only constructors this game can introduce some improvements to this.

this is why im not supporting anymore, GGG pushing shit content (lab) and shit streamer(Ziggy) down our throat is just a lack of motivation and will to find better solutions

Lol even I find this kinda rude .
I don't really mind if players choose shortcuts like other peoples builds or information.
But what gets me is that there seems to be an audience that mistakes "one of my favourite streamer plays it" with "build or even build diversity exists".

The idea that things exist they might just not have discovered so far seems completely hidden to them.
Perception is reality.
