It seems mechanically I made a mistake in the build RiP

Nice build in many ways but, this build is not viable as a 'clear speed meta' build. Seems slower than other hyped builds and now needs some clear speed in this league to climb.

I can agree it is not top tier meta, most skills will have a hard time competing with Blade Flurry. For movespeed, dual wield whirling blades is solid and the ability to do nearly all map mods reflect free is a bonus. In the end it is just a theory and it may prove difficult to make CwC good. Thanks for the input.
