Is Primordial Harmony going to be the next Grand Spectrum?

So the Primordial Harmony listed here is at 16% increased damage for each golem type you have summoned. This could be a range, but even if it isn't it's still pretty good if you build it like you would Grand Spectrum.

10 jewels + 5 different golems = anywhere from 800% increased damage (if 16% is the max roll), to 1000% increased golem damage (if 20% is the max roll). I don't want to even think of a world where 25% is the max roll.

In addition, your golems will have a massive 20% life regen, ability cooldown high enough that they're basically never going to be doing a basic attack, and randomly quick summon cooldown too.

"But the strength of Grand Spectrum was that you could double-dip on burn!" I hear you say. Well just slap a Poison gem on the Stone, Chaos, and Ice (fun fact: the ice spikes is the only attack he has that deals cold damage) golems, bam. Instant double dipping in the most abusive way.

Thoughts?

It doesn't really scale the same way, though, let's say you got 5 golems out and 20% is the damage roll, you'd get 100% increased golem damage for every additional jewel and it would scale in a linear fashion, spectrums grow exponentially.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

The damage bonus is still greater than that of 10 spectrums. Also, fire golem double dips on his own (ignites being ignites).
I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
Ah, for sure, I'm not saying it isn't strong as fuck, you just don't get the same kind of benefit from 'one more jewel socket'.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
