Help with fire ranger build for breach

Hey exiles I'm looking for a good fire bow build that will eventually use the new breach bow. A burning arrow ranger build or a fire ele witch I don't know that's why I need help. I'm looking for talent tree skill gems and links specifically. I'm super new my main is a lvl 60 lightning arrow ranger and I love it so any advice for someone starting their first league would be great too. Burning arrow and tornado shot seem cool and to be the route I want to go.

Liege of Primordal+ Mastermind of Discord Elementalist Witch sounds like plan actaully.
-easy to get tons of ES with CI
-double golem (fire and lightning) with double buff + separate +%ele incr. damage.
-Lighting Warp will trigger resistance pierce, and you're gonna use it anyway as a witch (you can do it with bow too, I hope?)

I didn't see the bow and I can't give any details, tho
Burn all the orbs!

Xoph's Inception has native 50% fire conversion, 10% Ignite chance, and Ignite prolif, Skuadak. It's basically "Burning Arrow: The Bow."

Wyrmtung: be aware that obtaining a Xoph's Inception could be tricky, considering it's a Breachlord item. It could wind up more expensive than you're willing/able to pay, BUT...if you can get one and want to make an Ignite prolif build, I recommend Burning Arrow.

For one, BA also has 50% fire conversion so you're done with conversion and can use whatever else you like for the rest of your gear. For two, BA has some ignite chance baked into it as well, which means less need for heavy Ignite chance stacking. For three, most of the other bow skills that'd logically come up deal damage as a very high number of much smaller hits, which is absolutely the wrong way to scale Ignite damage (Ignites want the single largest Ignite-generating hit you can manage, since Ignite damage doesn't stack. That'd be Burning Arrow).

Key things you need for a Xoph's Ignite build:

1.) Ignite chance. Derp. The bow gives you 10%, Burning Arrow gives you another 20%. An extra 20% in the tree gets you 50% Ignite chance, which should be perfectly sufficient to make the build work without having to use an Ignite Chance support gem.

2.) Pierce chance. Piercing entire packs of mobs with BA attacks ensures the maximum possible number of proliferations and the best clearspeed for the build. Also enables Drillneck, which we all know is the only quiver that need apply for any bow build.

3.) Extra projectiles (for the same clearspeed/coverage reason as 2.), but NOT from LMP/GMP. Those gems, and any other 'Less' damage modifier, absolutely destroy your Ignite damage and are absolute no-nos. That said, most 'extra projectile' options are very expensive, so it'll be fun getting these.

So, with that in mind, one particularly interesting idea...:

Scion Deadeye/Chieftain Xoph's Prolif tree
Uberlab-required advanced ver. (Path of the Ranger)

Asc. Deadeye gives you 30% Pierce and an extra projectile, Asc. Chieftain gives you 15% flat Ignite chance, a mini-Added Fire Damage effect, and extra damage/life regen when you have a totem up. Like, oh, say, Decoy Totem. Or Scorching Ray totem if you're feeling froggy. You also get a very nice life total for a lower-level build, a lot of regeneration (with a totem up), and seven(!!!) jewel sockets. Lots of room to expand if you decide you love the character, as well. It's one of...possibly three builds, now, I can think of where Scion is legitimately a competitive choice.

Necessary* gear would be Xoph's Inception, a'course, and...:

1.) Drillneck (Don't corrupt this, you'll need the extra pierce chance on the quiver. Even then, you're only at 90% instead of 100%, but that will have to be sufficient)
2.) Dyadian Dawn (increases your Ignite burn rate, which means better DPS. Also adds a pretty solid life roll and two possibly-baller resistances, and you don't care about the 'No Physical Damage' part)
3.) Good other gear. Possibly Belly of the Beast for MOAR LYFE in our high-lyfe Xoph's Ignition build.

Possible gem links as follows, realizing that this is a Budget Ver. that only ever manages 5Ls:

5L (Chest/bow):
Burning Arrow > Pierce > WED > Slower Projectiles > Fire Penetration
Both Pierce and Slower Projectiles (currently) double-dip the bonus damage for Ignites and are absolutely huge damage bonuses for you. WED is 100% awesome for a 100% fire build like this. Fire Pen does nothing for your Ignites but it's a very large boost to the initial BA hits your Ignite are scaled by, so it's still an excellent choice. if you can get a 6L, you can pick between Rapid Decay (a 'More' modifier for your Ignite damage only) or Added Fire Damage (just a big bunch of extra fire damage). Both would be great choices.

5L (Chest/bow):
Frenzy > Curse on Hit > Flammability > GMP > Pierce/Culling Strike
Frenzy charges are another double-dip modifier for Ignite, so building up a nice stack of them can help with bosses. CoH Flammability is more Ignite chance, more resist reduction, and just tons more damage. GMP > Pierce gives the best overall coverage, but GMP > Culling Strike gives reasonable-ish coverage and allows you to easily cull bosses, if that ends up being important to you. Don't bother 6L-ing this to do both unless exalts just start exploding from your ears; this is a pure utility set-up that should hopefully be very useful, but not ten-exalts critical

4L:
Scorching Ray > Spell Totem > Faster Casting | Arctic Armor
Scorching Ray reduces enemy fire resistance, which is a very big deal for Ignite builds. Since your Chieftain node wants a totem anyways, may as well get the hefty DPS boost from Scorching Ray. Arctic Armor is off in its own socket because its chilled ground procs Chill on enemies, to help your Dyadian Dawn's attack leech, and because AA is just really great mitigation

4L:
CWDT (lvl 1) > Immortal Call (lvl 2) > Vaal Lightning Trap > Inc. Duration
CWDT defense, and also an Inc. Duration Vaal Lightning Trap to Shock bosses and make them much more vulnerable to your crazy Ignites. Better damage boost than Vaal haste, given that this build doesn't care as much about attack speed as a lot of attack builds do, but all dat awesome Shock will be super helpful on hardened targets

4L:
Blink Arrow > Faster Attacks | Blasphemy > Enfeeble
Bit of a weird set-up here. Blink Arrow > Faster Attacks is standard mobility for archers, but BlasFeeble on a setup with Flammability and no dual-cursing is a little hinky. Basically, the idea is that the things closest to you are the things likely to kill you so you Enfeeble them to make them less likely to do that, whereas big nasty ugly critters you want max deeps against, you ALSO want maximum possible range against for both Deadeye bonuses and safety reasons. You end up playing a bit of a distance dance trying to keep things out of Enfeeble range and under Flammability as much as possible, but don't sweat it if Enfeeble overrides Flammability. Or, find a Doedre's Damning ring and just run both. Either way, between Arctic Armor and BlasFeeble with over 200% life in the Advanced version of the tree (and nearly that in the Merc Lab version), you should hopefully be all right defensively

Y'know, I kinda want to build one of these myself now, after I try my Vortex build and the prices on Xoph's Ignition go down to somewhere below catastrophic. But yeah. There's more information than you ever wanted on a possible Xoph's Ignition BA Scion build. Use it as you wil!

if someone can help me too i'd apprecaite it
Wow looks like a rolled a perfect response. That's...just amazing thank you so much. I really appreciate all the details as I need my hand held when it comes to builds. Really love the gems tips and telling me how ignite works cuz I would of put chaining and gmp all over the build and never would have known.
You really went the extra mile with showing me alot of budget options and leaving room to grow I can see myself playing this build after the league when I can finally afford Xophs.
It's people like you that really fertilize the newb buds into beautiful exile flowers. Ahem input moar manly analogy.
