Price Check on Boots?

Need some help pricing this pair of boots I picked up. I did an item search on poe.trade and the lowest cost of a similar item was 30x exalted and I can't imagine that's actually right. Admittedly the other item was a little better but not by that much.

I wouldn't even pay 1 ex for 15ms boots (unless they have high es).
