Onslaught?

So i was wondering, if you gain onslaught do your totems do so also? Same with unholy might and a voidheart ring?

Your Totems don't get Onslaught/etc. directly. However, because you get 20% IAS/ICS and your Totems use your offensive stats, they do benefit from your Onslaught.
(the distinction is important: a Totem with Onslaught directly, only increases its movespeed) |

Like I said, yes, they would benefit from the IAS you get from your Onslaught, same as any other offense stat you have.
Yes, Totems also use your Damage stats. |
