Hi all,

Just wanted to give out a build idea that maybe someone who understands this better can take over and make better. I'm not cut out for this kind of thing. I am have already started building this character but I don't have most items nor enough regrets to keep trying this out on my own.

Main idea
Single target Scorching Ray and Obliteration to clean up. Basically a Mapper character. scale 2 damage types and DOT
