Old Elemental Cleave Templar player coming back to the game

Hi everyone. I'm trying to get back into the game after I stopped playing it like 2/3 years ago and Im in need of help cause Elemental Cleave Templar seems to have dissapeared and now all I have is a LVL 73 templar with these items. Is there new templar build I can create with them?
