[2.4] Spectral Throw (13*Grand Spectrum)

I wanna Try a build with Spectral Throw with pure Elemental Damage. I wanna know if it's viable and possible to improve.

of course its viable. i just don't know if getting 13 grand spectrum jewels is viable

If you got like 40 exalted maybe you can pull it off...

For all I love spectral throw builds, I can build plenty of other stuff for that price, and get myself a Skyforth even :)
