[2.4] EHC - Voltaxic Raider LA - Progression Thread
 Hello friends. I suppose i'm not the only one who have seen the LiftingNB's (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZHxKB4SUzk) and Poebuild's (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiKE9sV7DYs) guides for a Ligtning Arrow build. I was disappointed about the lack of life (4800hp HighTier maps). So i mix out the two builds and went for evasion/ES rather than full evasion. Ps. Nothing really new here. Just wanted to re-up the LA voltaxic for the Hardcore Essence League. Mechanics:

I use a Frenzy set up to gain Power and Frenzy charges (Frenzy - PowCOC - IncCritStrike - FasterAttacks), then blasting who the fuck is coming with LA (LA - FasterAtt - EleDamage - GMP), checking my charges after that, and repeating the process to the next pack of mobs. If there is a powerful rare mob or a boss, I generally back up and BlastRain the whole thing (BR - EleDamage - FasterAtt - ConcEffect). If I can't aim it, I use Vaal Rain of Arrows to lock it.

Found out a weaker voltaxic but crafted it 5l.
Crafted chestpiece 5l. Tried out Lioneye's glare but it seems dps ar slightly similar at the end. Switched Hatred for Wrath Switched Discipline for Herald of thunder set-up (Herald - Curse on Hit - Assassin's Mark) Dps Without Charges
