I'm pretty sure you thinking about pdmg inc./acc hybrid. I mean just sole accuracy, that would be great help in case that it's not clear whether there is damage mod+hybrid mod or damage alone and accuracy alone.
This mostly apply to dropped items, when you craft it's easy to keep an eye what excatly rolled (not even mention that you have it written with capital letters until regal %)).

yes, i meant the hybrid mod.

hybrid mods were ever added with other mods to confuse players about the real mods to make the item system more interesting.

being able to see if flat accuracy can be added would probably make it too easy.
