Ways to Play POE (from the Philippines)
1. use the stand-alone client from path of exile. com.
2. Epic games

I personally would like to have the game on Steam since my library of 3000+ games are there.

It's 2023 now and the game is still not available in the Philippines. Even AI progressed faster than POE being on Steam.
