Navali and the prophecies are in Standard as well. If you don't have access to Navali, you're probably on a character who hasn't encountered her yet. Take the waypoint to the Lower Prison, head back out to the Climb and you'll find her and Yama a short way in. Difference being that Tasuni is always in Highgate whereas you only see Navali if you've encountered her in the Climb. I'm thinking it's more a matter of samisabad having gone onto a Standard character who hadn't encountered her before Prophecy league ended and hadn't heard that prophecies had been transferred to the main leagues. It wasn't possible to encounter him on standard before Prophecy league ended. Even characters that transferred from Prophecy needed / will need to go find him in The Climb to have prophecies available in standard. Not a big deal since it takes less than a minute.
