socket color crafting question

I'm pretty new to the game and have a lot to learn. I understand the basics of using chromatic orbs to change socket colors, and have used the Artisan's bench to change them as well. I have a helmet with 59 strength & 59 intelligence requirements. I want to know if it's possible to make all four sockets blue and exactly how I would go about doing that. I realize it's not easy and could take a lot of chromatics, I just want to know what the best way to go about it (using chromatics or artisan's bench). I've looked at the Vorici Chromatic calculator but I don't completely understand the results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some people say the calculator is wildly inaccurate sometimes, but my experience has been typical since I avoid heavy offcoloring.

With such low int and str hybrid requirement, flat out chromaticing seems the cheapest to go with around 26 chroms.

Indeed, if you have a 4 socket str/int piece it isn't hard getting all blues or reds, though it may get stubborn sometimes so always have at least double the amount of chromes than you expect it will take or you might get locked out of using your gear to its full potential.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

And if you prep like that, 50/50 chance you get your colors on the first try. Never fails. >.<

Thanks for the feedback. Good to know that flat out chromaticing is the way to go and not nearly as hard as I thought it might be. Now the Vorici calculator results make sense to me.

I originally thought that 3B'ing using the Artisan's bench would work, but after the first try, nothing changed. I still kept seeing 3 blue sockets. Very frustrating and expensive!
Chrome calculators are very inaccurate on some items. I'm not even sure how they work, since as far I can tell GGG hasn't told us how the formula works, except that requirement is the key. Once spent like 6500 chromes on something that was suppose to 1/500 chance, I know RNG is RNG but still
