CI is the plan, with dual daggers with crit, voidbringers (If mana isn't an issue, if it is, then facebreakers or maligaros).
Auras, discipline, herald of ice, and clarity if needed. Brotherhood ring for lightning/cold conversion for chill/freeze/shatter. The goal is to get a lot of crit multi, 800+ maybe, and remedy the amulets - crit chance through power charges and dual daggers, plus crit on the tree. I love pie. Why no cast speed on tree? At least take Harrier node it's already accesible.
