[2.4] lvl 71 elementalist freezing pulse - tips/help needed

Hello

Please take a look into my build and help me to improve it.
I am able to clean T1 maps, but I die sometimes, so it is not good build obviously.
No problem with farming lake in merciless, but it is very slowly - ~30 minutes to clean this.

Current strategy:
My strategy is to have 2 golems (lighting and chaos).
3 auras, herald of ice+thunder+discipline.
Attack - is frostbite + freezing pulse.
Additionally raise zombie on 'cast when damage'

Stats:
Damage DPS tooltip : 16K
Life : 2300
ES:2000
Mana - high regeneration so not a problem for me.


1) passive tree


Any suggestions here?
I have still 7-8 levels I think, so my options are: '
'hex master', 'written in blood', 'nimbleness' or 'doom cast'
But I do not think anything of this will improve my build in major.
I have 23 refunds + 5 orb of regrets. So I have some options to change passive tree.

2) gear:
Can someone suggest me some gear, which can improve this build.
As for gear : According to poe trade, I have 70 chaoses, so I hope I can trade half of them.
Budget : 35 chaoses.
