it's the same with all that "report players" stuff, it doesn't work with anonymous players being able to create free accounts.

if they posted that from their main account they deserve the ban.

I think the people who sent the PMs should not be allowed to trade or better even play this game anymore. We already have a declining amount of people who are willing to do stuff only for the sake of doing it. You don't always have to charge people if you share a map with them, hell, if I get an untainted paradise from zana I'm GLAD I can share it with other people! I love to give leveling uniques that rot in my stash to newer players for free! I try to give people waypoints or help with bosses when they ask!
I really hope that one day this game will have an at least somewhat decent community :/

The community is quite decent overall. It's fucking amazing compared to any PvP game I've ever played. You'll always have a few rotten apples, this can't be helped. IMO it's your expectations which need an adjustment.
