Keys aren't registering when I press them

So the problem started bout a few days ago. Wasn't due to a patch. I did not change any options and only have 1 addon for the game with is a lootfilter. The problem being when I press keys they function 50% of the time (This is not the case for LMB and RMB). Only keys I assign to flasks, opening the map and using skills are affected (Q,W,E,R,TAB,1,2,3,4,5).

There's software you can install which can monitor/log key activity and you can see if the SYSTEM is not seeing the keypress or just PoE.
As an example: my keyboard/mouse setup is a logitec wireless. At distance (about 20 feet away) my keyboard sometimes appears to miss keystrokes like you are posting about. Turns out it is not the system, but is my keyboard. Apparently, these wireless don't work well at distance, and don't work if the sensor isn't line-of-sight. So if you're using a wireless keyboard, I'd test that (my mouse had no issues ever). And as I said, I'd use a keystroke logger to determine if your system itself is seeing them. If not, then PoE won't be able to see them either. Good luck! |

Hoping someone can provide a solution here cause its really affecting my gameplay making it easier to die...

Just did a full uninstall and redownloaded the client and did a full reinstall. Still the keys are responding only 50% of the time
