Event Schelude wrong time only when log out

Hi,
On Even Schelude says: " But is simply wrong, by 1 hour. ONLY when I'm logged off. It shows the hour like if I was in UK. I write this from Spain, GMT+1, winter shift was last weekend (maybe it's relevant). Last bumped on Nov 4, 2016, 11:28:02 AM

Isn't that logical? If you aren't logged in, the website doesn't know what time zone you're in.
