Flame Totem + Iron Will Support

Anyone tried Iron Will Support + Meginord's Vise (+100 strength gloves)?
Found the gloves just now and was curious about how much of an increase it could potentially be at higher levels?
My Flame Totem Templar is 62 (highest/only character I have lol) and it's 7191 (flame totem DPS) without gem and 8088 with gloves + gem (in town). I'm assuming crit/crit multi gloves (like Maligaro's) is going to win even at higher levels for a Crit Flame Totem build?

Any other tips for new player welcome ;)

Non crit flame totem: repentance + astramentis or winds of change + Ngamahu Tiki, I prefer the second
Either one will be a lot more efficient than meginord + IW gem
