Piety's pets no passives bug

Killed Piety and quest is marked as finished, but Grigor didn't give me the book of passive skills. Now my character is broken and i have to recreate it or i can hope for help?

Type /passives to see if you got the points. If not, make sure grigor doesn't have an option to get the reward.
