Scold's Bridle doesn't trigger Vaal Molten Shell when Blood Magic is socketed.

If I cast cyclone with mana the Scolds will damage me and proc Vaal Molten Shell as expected, but if I link blood magic to my cyclone Vaal Molten Shell no longer procs when the Scold's deals damage to me.
