Can we use the above combination to achieve permanent stun immune, with the unique gears "The Covenant" or "Malachai's Simula" ?

May be go for pure life evasion and dodge with "Hyrri's Ire" and/or "Atziri's Step" and "Phase Acrobatics"

That actually sounds pretty clever... but also a huge waste of Occultist ascendancy, sadly. If you're going to use Blood Magic (keystone) in the first place, you're already a Life build, and Stun is already not much of a problem. So that's 4 Ascendancy Points basically just to get stun immunity.

I see no reason that that wouldn't work, mechanically!

I agree it should work, and also agree there are better options.

Definitely the stun threshold obliviously based on max life

But I thought why not do something different to make this unique gears usefull

60% increased, but yeah it is good.

I guess you can still use it with a normal BM build though, don't need to go Occultist. You can even get the BM keystone (and life nodes behind it) and still use it.
