Give me advice about my build plz!

Hey everyone, i wanted to ask about what should i use in my build.
So, heres the tree
My build depends on generating a lot of Frenzy/Endurance charges, get damage and armour from it.
And heres the questions:
1. Which bunch of helmet&armour will be better?Lightning coil & Abyssus/Daresso's defiance & devoto's devotion(or smthng else)/Bringer of Rain?
2. Im using Soul Taker and Rigwald's Command, how can i replace Soul Taker and should i?Thought swap it for Jack, The axe but there will be no mana to attack. Any ideas?Jack, the Axe give me a possibility to use ascendancy nodes like Gratuitous Violence and Blood in the Eyes, so i can be much stronger with them.

Have u seen my tree?I have no critical strikes :) and how u suppose me to use Facebreakers, if im using cleave and Soul Taker?It will bring a problem - no mana ta attack. About ring, i have no "stuns" cuz playing as Duelist.
