hey,
today i bought the Hydra Supporter Pack, i got the armor set, but no weapon effect. i emailed the support, but after few hours still got no answer. Last bumped on Oct 20, 2016, 6:57:55 AM

Probably because they are busy. Either wait for someone to respond here, or wait for them to respond to your email. If the latter, don't send any more emails as that will send you to the back of the queue.
