few days ago started playing this game.. didnt realy write anything to global chat ever..
once i saw some discusting comments in global chat and decided to type for them "two men one horse" thats all what did i write in this game.. now it says contact support and dont even let me log in with my own account to contact.. pretty inbred community in golbal chat seems like if u r new here dont chat or get reported.. anyone who have any "same kinds" storys or feelings, and btw what should i do? have readen that this game's admins dont realy have any good motivation to help singe players.. before this i was planing to buy some items with money now cant never think about that.. so pissed off Last bumped on Oct 20, 2016, 5:01:32 PM

Any issues should always be brought up to support. None of us here can do anything to help and publicizing a story generally doesn't help the case and derails quickly.

2 things....
Theres either A LOT more to your story your not even remotely telling us... OR your account could be locked if your IP changed since your last login and it will do so every time your IP changes. Theres a protection on all accounts unless you ask GGG to turn it off for you where if your IP changes or you go to login from a different computer somewhere it will lock your account and you have to contact GGG you get it unlocked. Its a protection feature that stops people from stealing your shit. Can be annoying a bit if your having say modem problems but otherwise works really well in my exp. Again IF this is the case contact GGG support and if theres a reason your IP is gonna change alot or something you can ask for them to turn this off for you but i would advise against this. Why do i have a feeling it's the former?.... There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation. The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear.
