That's because it is, but people have weird expectations about how they should be able to build a map pool starting from almost nothing and running very little.

my best advice for those getting crapped on by RNG would be to get a larger map pool start- 20+ t12 maps (save up to buy em) then complain after because most of us have no probs sustaining maps from what i have read
